Currently looking for Senior Test Analyst to work within Testing Services Team in Aberdeen. Main duties and responsibilities will be to provide consistent, professional testing service as required by specific project * support requirement. Duties include - To meet and agree with client their testing requirements and delivery priorities and ensure testing services are delivered to customer expectations - To develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with testing services provided - To work within agreed timescales as set by Project Managers or Team Leader - To be able to define Test Strategy as appropriate to any given work package - To provide realistic estimates for testing effort in Projects - To provide guidance and advice to less experienced team members - To provide input to scope of testing required to ensure correct testing is carried out for any given piece of work - To analyse and agree requirements such that appropriate test plans and schedules can be produced - To produce test plans and schedules, execute tests and produce test results with associated evidence. Recording and tracking defects as necessary using Test Director - Assist in research, development and growth of internal Testing Services team.
Candidates MUST possess - Flexibility and willingness to work onsite or at customer sites throughout UK - Minimum 4 years testing experience - Ability to work with unfamiliar applications.
Experience of following DESIRABLE - Recent Utilities experience - Mercury interactive tool set - ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing
